Our group vacation was amazing! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Christmas markets and enjoying delicious local cuisine. Breakfast offered a great variety. Just keep in mind it can get busy. Overall, a delightful stay that we would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was ineffective, keeping it too warm for comfort despite our requests for help.

We enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay in a spacious Queen Room. The staff were friendly but could improve on availability at peak times. The wellness area could use hot drink options. Overall, a lovely place to stay with convenient access to local attractions!

the hilton had an amazing location, just one stop from the trade center! the front desk staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. we loved the fitness facilities, especially the finnish sauna. the food at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and fresh, making our stay even better.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll away from the Cologne Cathedral and other attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, the best I've ever had! However, I encountered issues with room service. it was frustrating when my order got lost and I had to wait a long time to resolve it. The cleanliness of the bathroom could use more attention as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few bumps.
