We greatly enjoyed our room with the best light-blocking curtains and a comfortable bed. the location in Cologne was particularly good, adjacent to the bus stop for easy access to the zoo, chocolate museum, main attractions, and train station. - the restaurant was served by pleasant staff.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train station, which was perfect for us as we were traveling through Germany by train. It was also in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. the location and amenities provided a great experience for us.

The staff asked us to join some kind of bonus program in exchange for free wifi, which felt a bit intrusive.

Great staff and service. The employees were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, as it was close to the shopping area and old city. We were able to easily explore the city during our city break. Additionally, the breakfast selection was good, although a bit pricey.

The internet service was poor, and it was unacceptable to have to pay for it. Most other hotels do not charge for internet access, so this felt like a scam to get guests to join their club.

our recent stay in cologne was absolutely amazing. hilton went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the dom and central station. the staff was extremely professional and helpful. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. without a doubt, we would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
